How we collect, use, and protect your data.

Account: email address, login timestamps, IP for rate-limiting.
App-builder content: the apps, pages, assets, and metadata you create.
Payments: handled by Stripe (web), Apple, and Google; we never store full card numbers.
Support: messages and attachments you send through the support widget.
To operate the service, authenticate you, deliver subscriptions you paid for, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
Stripe (payments), RevenueCat (subscription state across stores), SendGrid (transactional email such as login codes), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Anthropic Claude (admin-side translation of support messages — your raw content is sent only on explicit admin click and is not used to train models per Anthropic’s API terms).
Our servers run on Cloudflare’s global edge network. Data may be processed in any region where Cloudflare operates. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent mechanisms for transfers out of the EEA / UK.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your account data at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@mobeasy.com. EU/UK/CA residents have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and PIPEDA respectively; we will honor those requests promptly and free of charge.
Account and content data are retained while your account is active and for up to 30 days after closure (to allow recovery on user request) unless we are legally required to retain longer. Anonymized usage analytics are retained indefinitely.
The service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has signed up, contact support@mobeasy.com and we will delete the account.
We use industry-standard security: TLS in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, isolated bindings for secrets, and least-privilege access for the support team.
We use only essential cookies (session, locale, sidebar state). We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies on the public site.
