Terms of Service

Mobeasy is a no-code mobile-app studio operated by Mobeasy ("we", "us"). The service lets you design, publish, and monetize iOS, Android, and Web applications. These Terms govern your use of mobeasy.com and the Mobeasy mobile apps.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use the service.

You must not use the service to build apps that infringe intellectual property, promote violence or hate, distribute malware, or violate the publishing policies of the App Store or Google Play. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other creators at risk.

Apps you build with Mobeasy belong to you. The Mobeasy platform, templates, builder UI, brand assets, and underlying technology belong to us and are licensed to you under these Terms for the duration of your subscription.

Paid plans purchased through the web are billed by Stripe on a recurring monthly or yearly basis until cancelled. Plans purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by those stores under their own terms.

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of the most recent successful payment will be honored in full for Stripe-billed subscriptions. After that window the platform offers no refund — your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.

For subscriptions purchased via the App Store or Google Play, refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google under their respective policies.

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or compliance risk to the platform. Upon termination your subscriptions cease, although already-paid periods are not pro-rated.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that your published apps will be approved by the App Store, Google Play, or any third-party network, nor do we guarantee specific revenue, conversion, or distribution outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobeasy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability arising from the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
